This brochure will offer you some tips on how to recognize your emotional triggers and how to work with them so the relationship you have with yourself and your negative self talk can change. I recount my own experience as an example and I hope it serves as an inspiration for your own journey of self-discovery. 

I am a qualified counsellor and a firm believer in our innate resourcefulness to become more resilient and accepting of ourselves. I use creative ways to help express and connect with our feelings and our sense of self.  My area of professional interest is everything concerning self-understanding and getting to know who we are in times when our role in life change and shift.
