For many, the time when you're expecting is the most fulfilling time of their lives, but this is not the truth for every mum-to-be. Myself, I have been struggling with strong antenatal anxiety and fear of childbirth for most of my pregnancy. This is why I have put together some simple tools and information sheet on how to help yourself cope with your thoughts and emotions surrounding this time time of your life.

I come from a counselling background and I am a firm believer in our innate resourcefulness to become more resilient and accepting of ourselves. I use visual aids to help express and name these feelings and so far I have found Tarot card symbolism being the most helpful in connecting with our own world of personal meanings.
