How to feel joy again?

This brochure will offer you some tips on how to reconnect with the feeling of joy in your life. Sometimes we arrive at a low point of feeling tired and running on empty. Things that had previously brought us joy are no longer working for us and we just can't see the point to it all. These moments happen to everyone and they offer us a pause for reflection and reboot. It is a pause when we can ask ourselves following questions:

- what do I want now?

- who do I want to become now?

It is our responsibility to decide what we are going to do and then act accordingly. Often, before important decisions, we are looking for some clarity and I offer a creative exercise of one way to reach it within yourself. 

I am a qualified counsellor and a firm believer in our innate resourcefulness to become more resilient and accepting of ourselves. I use visual aids to help express and name these feelings and so far I have found the language of symbols being the most helpful in connecting with our own world of personal meanings.
